At RetroVesta, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in designing, manufacturing, and packaging every product to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Customized & Personalized Products
As most of our customized name plates, personalized gifts, engraved products, and made-to-order items are created specifically according to customer requirements, these products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has started.
Eligible Return & Refund Cases
A return, replacement, or refund may be considered in the following situations:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect found in the product
- Missing item in the package
- Product significantly different from the approved design
Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect customization details provided by customer
- Minor variations in color, texture, grain, or finish
- Normal wear and tear after product use
- Damage from improper installation or misuse
Refund & Replacement
Refund Process: If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification and approval.
Replacement Policy: In cases of transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect product delivery, RetroVesta may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Standard products may be cancelled before dispatch.
Customized orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once customization or manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Quality Assurance
Every RetroVesta product, including acrylic name plates, wooden name boards, home décor products, wall art, spiritual décor items, and personalized gifts, undergoes quality inspection before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
