Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to provide high-quality handcrafted products. However, if your order arrives broken or defective, you are entitled to request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds:

  • The return/refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The customer must provide an unwrapping/unboxing video and photos of the product at the time of delivery as proof of damage or defect.

  • The goods must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

  • Products that are not eligible for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Items that have been mixed with other goods after delivery and cannot be separated.

Return Process:

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and no additional fees will be charged.

  • If the item was a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.
