Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Customized products such as personalized name plates, acrylic name boards, wooden name plates, and custom home décor items may require additional production time depending on the design complexity and customization requirements.

Address Accuracy & Damaged Shipments

Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including house number, street address, landmark, city, state, and PIN code. RetroVesta shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
